Questions, answered

Good questions we hear often.

Anything we missed? Reach out to Aidan Neems at [email protected] or 212‑204‑6248.

What is the dress code?
Business attire is perfect. The event is a reception, not a black-tie gala — we want you comfortable enough to enjoy the space and the conversation.
Is the venue accessible?
Yes. The Rubin Museum is fully ADA-accessible, with elevators to all gallery floors and accessible restrooms. If you have specific accommodation needs, let us know on the RSVP form and we’ll make sure you’re set.
Can I purchase a table?
Sponsorship at the Bronze level and above includes a block of guests. If you’d like to reserve a table for colleagues, please contact us or let us know on the RSVP form.
Is my contribution tax-deductible?
Medicare Rights Center is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit (federal tax ID #13-350-5372). The non-tax-deductible portion of an individual ticket will be listed here soon. For sponsorships, your acknowledgment letter will list the deductible portion.
How do I submit a digital journal ad?
Email your high-resolution landscape file (1920×1080, 300 DPI, JPEG or PDF) to [email protected] by Friday, October 16. We’ll confirm receipt within two business days.
What if I can’t attend but want to support?
Thank you. You can contribute at any amount on the donation form below, or check the “I cannot attend but want to contribute” box on the RSVP form.
